I open my eyes
with that tingling feeling
I understand the meaning
when I look at you
my heart shudders through
for then I know
on my arm you’ll show
with the beat of my heart
that you are apart
of what is new
just me and you
because when I look in your eyes
all I see is the beauty inside.
